H A Mc Ilrath & Sons Ltd was established in 1917 by Hugh Arthur Mc Ilrath John E McIlrath F.R.I.C.S is the third generation currently running the Family business. H A Mc Ilrath & Sons Ltd celebrated 100 years in 2017 with the opening of a new office on the former site.
They are one of the area’s largest independent land and estate agent and have developed a wide reaching knowledge of the local area and pride themselves in having built up a loyal customer base.
Kilrea Livestock Market is a subsidiary business of H A Mc Ilrath & Sons Ltd and was established in 1954 by George A Mc Ilrath and has gone from strength to strength with ever increasing numbers. There are currently four weekly Livestock sales with seasonal Breeding Stock Sales and Machinery Sales. This is all professionally run by Mark Stewart and assisted by William Mc Ilrath The office and Livestock Mart are situated in the historic market town of Kilrea near the scenic North Coast of Northern Ireland.
